5 Things To Give Up To Raise Your Vibration

1: FEAR-BASED)
Give up the compulsive NEED to CONTROL outcomes because this sends a signal that you DISTRUST your Intuition and the Universe.
Instead, CONSCIOUSLY and COURAGEOUSLY SURRENDER after you take the HIGHEST ACTION and then RELEASE the OUTCOME completely. Trust that the universe is more capable of arranging your life. The energy you used to spend on worry and fear is now freely available to you. Doors may open and solutions may appear then. Flow WITH the current.
2: THE LOOP)
RELEASE Fear-based THINKING PATTERNS. These are a vibrational pattern passed down through family lines, REINFORCED by culture and INTENSIFIED BY PERSONAL TRAUMA so often that you become convinced that it is your natural state.
Thoughts you habitually dwell on continue to appear, filter what you perceive, intensify the opportunities that you notice and attract the actions you are drawn to.
Instead, HONESTLY OBSERVE your THOUGHTS. Do these thoughts draw me toward my Soul's frequency, or away from it? Does this thought expand or contract the outcomes? Is this thought TRUE or is it simply an OLD THOUGHT PATTERN? Interrupt the signal that the Fear-Based Thoughts are sending and give space for a new frequency to emerge. Trust the Truth over the noise of your former Fear-Based Thinking.
3: Live Mentally and Emotionally in the Now)
GIVE UP LIVING IN THE PAST. The Soul lives IN the ETERNAL NOW, continually return your attention to the NOW and make a good habit of it.
Make a habit of remembering whats happening NOW, run the PRESENT on a loop. You can then discard any past hurts, betrayal, failures or moments that went wrong, old conversations, and past pain. Every time you experience those emotions, hurts, behaviours and slights, you recreate those emotional states and broadcast them out into the world! Make the conscious decision to release yourself from past actions, events and behaviours. Give up the past because the PRESENT MOMENT matters MORE.

4 Give up the need for EXTERNAL APPROVAL)
Make your decisions based on what you truly want, rather than others approval. The Soul is Sovereign. It entered this life with a specific purpose, a specific frequency and a Specific Path. And that path was not meant to be negotiated by committee. You do not need a vote, you do not need permission. You do not require a standing ovation from the people around you to recognise what is true. Many people are disconnected from their SOULS compass and replace it with the approval of other people. When your worth, direction and reality is dependent on EXTERNAL VALIDATION, you hand the frequency of your entire life over to people who may not even KNOW THEMSELVES. Think about what this costs every day, you SILENCE a GENUINE FEELING because you are worried about HOW OTHER WILL REACT. You remain in situations, jobs, relationships or belief systems that no longer SUIT YOUR SOUL because leaving would mean disappointing someone else with different goals. You perform a version of yourself that is acceptable, comfortable and safe for everyone else and you do it so consistently that eventually you forget that there is another version of you underneath. Edgar Cayce's teaching suggests that this constant performing and orientation toward's other people's opinions reflects a Soul that has not recognised that it is enough on its own. Here is the deeper truth... the approval that you seek from others may be something you began seeking because somewhere along the way in childhood, in a painful relationship, or during a moment of deep rejection, you decided that you were not inherently WORTHY OF LOVE AND ACCEPTANCE so you began trying to earn it. You performed for it and reshaped yourself into whatever form the people around you seemed to acquire. But love that is constantly earned is not genuinely love and approval that requires endless performance is NOT TRUE CONNECTION, it is a TRANSACTION and it will always leave the Soul hungry. RELEASING THE NEED FOR EXTERNAL APPROVAL does not mean you are becoming indifferent to other people. It means DEVELOPING such a STRONG, CLEAR, AND UNSHAKEABLE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR OWN INNER KNOWING that you can hear other people's opinions and can value them WITHOUT allowing THOSE OTHER OPINIONS TO RULE YOUR LIFE. When you give up the need for approval the energy that you once scattered in a thousand directions becomes concentrated and a CONCENTRATED SOUL BECOMES A POWERFUL ONE.
There is one more thing and I have saved the most confronting for last.
5 Give up SPIRITUAL PERFORMANCE AND PRETENSE)
This is the one that almost nobody wants to discuss. Yet it may be the most important point on this entire list. Edgar Cayce's teachings warn against PERFORMING SPIRITUALITY WHILE AVOIDING GENUINE SPIRITUAL TRANSFORMATION. PERFORMING SPIRITUALITY WHILE AVOIDING ACTUAL TRANSFORMATION. According to this perspective, the spiritual path is NOT A STATUS, it is NOT AN IDENTITY nor is it simple a COLLECTION OF PRACTICES DESIGNED TO SIGNAL TO THE WORLD, OR TO YOURSELF, THAT YOU ARE ELEVATED, CONSCIOUS, OR EVOLVED. Yet this is how sometimes spirituality can sometimes be used. People build identities around being spiritual. They speak the language, know the concepts and perform the rituals but each of those things can become not a doorway to genuine transformation but a wall protecting them from it. SPIRITUAL PERFORMANCE CAN BECOME ONE OF THE EGO'S MOST SOPHISTICATED DEFENSE MECHANISMS because it offers the FEELING OF GROWTH without demanding the true cost of transformation. You can feel elevated without doing the genuinely threatening work of becoming someone DIFFERENT. YOU CAN FEEL AWAKENED WITHOUT CONFRONTING THE PARTS OF YOURSELF THAT REMAIN COMPLETELY ASLEEP. The tragedy is that people who become invested in the image of being 'spiritual' can become disconnected from their actual inner state because they are so committed to appearing 'spiritual' that they can no longer AFFORD TO BE HONEST ABOUT WHERE THEY TRULY ARE.
Ask yourself this, and be completely honest,
Are you USING SPIRITUAL CONCEPTS TO AVOID TRUTHS ABOUT YOUR OWN LIFE?
Are you talking about CONSCIOUSNESS, VIBRATION AND ENERGY AS A WAY OF AVOIDING -
a relationship that is hurting you?
a career that is slowly draining your spirit?
or a pattern that continues repeating no matter how many spiritual practices you try?
The SOUL knows the difference between spiritual growth and spiritual theatre and it cannot be fooled, no matter how convincing the performance may appear the SOULD CONTINUES TO EXPRESS the FREQUENCY of WHERE YOU ACTUALLY ARE. NOT where you PRETEND TO BE.
GIVING UP SPIRITUAL PERFORMANCE MEANS CHOOSING PERHAPS FOR THE FIRST TIME RADICAL HONESTY OVER AN ELEVATED IMAGE. It means being willing to say I do not have everything together as much as I pretend I do. I am still struggling with things I have claimed to have released. I am STILL afraid, STILL wounded and STILL confused. And that is okay. That is human. FROM THIS HONEST place genuine growth can FINALLY BEGIN!
Humility is the foundation of genuine elevation because ONLY A Soul that is willing to SEE ITSELF CLEARLY, CAN TRULY RISE.
YOUR SOUL DOES NOT NEED YOUR SPIRITUAL PERFORMANCE IT NEEDS YOUR PRESENCE, YOUR HONESTY AND YOUR WILLINGNESS TO BE REAL.
